There is little known about the happiness and well-being of people with autism. Existing interventions mainly focus on reducing or improving the consequences of autism traits. Therefore, it is crucial to focus on positivity, especially when it comes to autism. People with autism process information differently, leading them to attribute different meanings. In terms of happiness and well-being, this can take a different path. What does this trajectory entail?

  • It is a personal project for children, adolescents, and adults with autism who want to work on their happiness and well-being.
  • A personal workbook is created based on 10 evidence-based methodologies, which the child, adolescent, and/or adult will use actively. If a workbook is created for children, parents participate in the execution.
  • Throughout the trajectory, I provide coaching. The nature of the coaching can vary for each individual.
